LYRA (AERIAL HOOP)

Lyra Hoop is a beautiful Aerial Circus apparatus class that is performed on a suspended metal hoop. It’s a challenging workout that teaches you grace, strength & power as you pose, flip, hang & dance suspended in the air.

AERIAL HAMMOCK

Hammock is a gorgeous Aerial Circus apparatus based class that takes you to  the skies! A lot like Traditional Silks – Aerial Hammock is a graceful & stunning art form that’ll surely challenge you & leave you wanting more all at once. With it’s unique set-up, the Hammock provides support making it perfect for All Levels – whether your’e just starting your Aerial Journey or looking to expand your skill set as an aerialist!

BELLYDANCING

Bellydance is a fusion of many historical ethnic dance styles from the orient & middle eastern area, it is a dance style of Story- telling interaction, isolation, balance & flexibility, many dancers wear finger symbols or put coins on their hip scarfs to help to handle the movements.

BURLESQUE

This class is a celebration of being human and the art of the tease. We teach both Classic & Neo Burlesque styles & put them into a routine. Sometimes we like to dive into the prop box to add some sass with gloves, hats, or boas. Feel free to dress up or dress down, just be ready to move!

CONDTIONING FOR DANCE
